My stay at the Mercury Central Hotel in Hanoi was a mix of highs and lows. The location was unbeatable, right in the Old Quarter and super close to the lake. While my room was spacious and clean, I faced a couple of issues like the air conditioning not being quite strong enough and some maintenance problems. However, the staff were genuinely lovely and attentive, making up for some of the room's shortcomings.

My stay at Mercury Central Hotel was nice for its perfect balance of comfort and service. The location in the heart of Hanoi made it so easy to explore, although the street could be a bit noisy at times. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, but the older facilities need some updating.

I stayed in a Family Suite with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The room was spacious and kept clean daily, with a nice view of the charming Hanoi streets. I appreciated the double-glazed windows that kept most noise out, but the room did show some signs of age in the decor.

Facilities included efficient room service and excellent pointers for local tours. However, the absence of an elevator past the sixth floor might be an issue for guests with mobility challenges.

My stay at the Mercury Central Hotel Hanoi was good, thanks to its excellent location and excellent staff. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, even if it wasn't the most modern. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. However, being a light sleeper, I did find the outside noise a bit intrusive, though earplugs helped.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making for a lovely experience. However, the breakfast service can get quite busy at peak times, and the bathroom's lighting was a challenge at night.
